One of New York’s hottest young chefs is en route to Australia and headed straight to Long Chim. Mission Chinese founder Danny Bowien will join forces with Long Chim’s David Thompson for a special one-night-only event that’s not to be missed by Sydney foodies.

On November 19 at Long Chim Sydney, David and Danny will be hosting a collaborative event combining their talents and passion for Asian cuisine.

For those unfamiliar with Danny, he is the Seoul-born, Oklahoma City-raised food star who is fast becoming one of America’s most beloved unconventional cooking talents. He opened Mission Chinese Food in New York City in 2012 and was awarded the James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef of the Year a year later.
